Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Flat Rate/Free Shipping

Standard Flat Rate shipping on orders with a subtotal less than $45 is $4.55.  Orders with a subtotal of $45 or more are eligible for free shipping. 

Expedited Shipping

All orders are eligible for expedited shipping which is calculated in real time by the carrier and is dependent on the estimated weight of the products ordered and the distance the package will be shipped.  All expedited shipping methods will also be processed before Flat Rate orders.  Any order with expedited shipping received after 12:00pm Central Standard Time (CST) can not be guaranteed same day processing.  Expedited orders received after 12:00pm CST Friday may not ship until Monday.  

Please Note: UPS does NOT deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.  When calculating a delivery date, do not count the weekend or holidays.  In other words, if you place an order using UPS 2nd Day Air before 12/noon CST on Thursday, it will ship Thursday but will not be delivered until the following Monday.  In most cases, USPS Priority Mail will arrive just as fast, if not faster.  If you have any questions about ship time, please send us an email (info@stirlingroastery.com) or give us a call (1-888-282-0898) during business hours prior to placing your order.

Address Errors

Address errors found after shipment will incur an additional shipping charge based on the actual cost of shipping (not Flat Rate).  It is recommended that customers double-check each address field before submitting an order.  Any orders returned to Stirling Roastery due to an address error at the fault of the customer will be refunded (less shipping charges paid) if the customer does not wish to pay an additional shipping fee or does not respond to attempts at communication after 5 business days.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.  We want to deliver coffee to the customer as fresh as possible.  Due to customs and general overall shipping time and cost, it is not a viable option at this time.  

 

Returns:

We do not accept returns on coffee (whole bean or ground) as we will not be able to resell a returned item due to freshness standards.
